Dramix Steel Fibers

Dramix® 3D is a reference point in the market for reinforcement with steel fiber. There are two types:

 

Dramix® 3D 65/35BG (Moisture Method):

These fibers have gluing and packages, which ensures the correct distribution of fibers in a concrete mix to optimize the use of extensive fiber networks with maximum workability.  

Dramix® 3D 45/35BL (Dry Method):

These fibers have loose fibers that ensure optimum distributions during concrete preparation in situ or at the concrete plant.

Polymeric fibers

This is a macro synthetic alloy fiber made of highly directed polymer that has been specifically designed to satisfy reinforcement requirements for shotcrete.  

    1. Synthetic Fiber Xtruder s-54.
    2. Synthetic Fiber HP55.

PLASTI PRO® Plastifying Additive

PLASTI PRO®, hyperplastifying for concrete and mortar, this product belongs to a new generation of additives that use polymer technology (polycarboxylic ethers) and are formulated to produce the concrete required to quickly establish initial resistance, high levels of water reduction, and excellent workability. This product also prolongs fluidity maintenance, has excellent properties with fine aggregates, provides optimum cohesion, and presents high self-compacting capacities.

  • Water reduction and increases cohesion, which makes it adequate for use in processes to produce self-compacting concrete.
  • Highly waterproof.

FAST PRO® Alkali-free Accelerant Additive

FAST PRO®, which speeds the setting process, adheres quickly to the surface that must be covered and has high mechanical characteristics.

  • Facilitates onset of on-going initial resistance
  • Achieves long-term, excellent resistance
  • Reduction of risk to alkali aggregate reaction by eliminating alkali contents from common accelerants
  • Less dust, creating a healthy work environment and improving visibility
  • Not aggressive, reduces environmental impact and handling costs
  • Improves occupational safety, preventing injuries such as skin burns, loss of sight and respiratory problems.

Use

  • Accelerant for liquid setting material, alkali-free and for use in shotcrete (relative to both dry and moisture methods)

FORCE PRO® Alkali Accelerant Additive

FORCE PRO® permits quick adherence to the surface to be covered.

 

Benefits

  • Initial resistance is achieved after 10 minutes and after 30 minutes, is high enough for each layer of shotcrete to support its own weight.
  • Shorter mining cycle time.
  • Presents high flexibility in concrete at low temperatures.

Uses

  • Preferably used in applications involving soft rocks with high deformation, which require support with high initial resistance and considerable thickness shortly after excavation.
  • Setting accelerant, used to obtain high initial resistances in shotcrete, through both moisture and dry methods.
  • Appropriate for situations indicating water filtration problems.
